Juniper Certification | JNCIA-JUNOS | Day-2 Separation of control and forwarding in JUNOS

Image
On today we are going to move on to separation of control and forwarding in JUNOS from this below image you can see ; From this above image we can tell that the JUNOS modularity is the separation of the control a plane and by forwarding or data plane. The processes that controls routing and switching protocols are cleanly separated from the processes that forward frames, or packets, or both of it through a device running the JUNOS OS. That, these kind of design which enables you to tune each process for maximum performance and reliability. That this separation of the control and forwarding planes is one of the key reasons that JUNOS OS can support many different platforms from a common code base. From the above image we can look over that It illustrates a basic view of the Junos architecture and also highlighting the control and forwarding planes. The Routing Engine i.e., RE performs the control plane functions of the juniper networking device. Now we will see that

Juniper Certification | JNCIA-JUNOS | Day-1 JUNOS Operating System Fundamentals

Image
JUN-Operating-System Fundamentals On today's topic we are going to see on Juniper cert for JNCIA-JUNOS that is an associate level exam that everyone can learn with some networking concepts in which you can use documents from juniper site for those. But now i will explain fundamentals in JUNOS. The JUNOS Operating System provides a common language across juniper routing, switching, and security devices. That the power of one JUNOS operating system reduces complexity in high-performance networks to increase availability and deploy services faster, with lower total cost of ownership. The main objectives you will be able to get that; To describe this JUNOS OS and it's basic design architecture.  Also you can explain traffic processing for transit expectation and exemption taffic. Also provide a brief overview of JUNOS OS devices. .  JUNOS OS Functionality  It is quite compartmentalized into multiple software process. In each process it does handles a

Juniper Certification | JNCIA Enterprise Routing & Switching | Day-3 Ethernet LAN overview

Image
Building Ethernet LAN On this module you are going to a networking term in PC and printers are just know as end-user devices, hosts, or it's just devices. As i already mentioned that a geographically limited network is called a Local Area Network or LAN. In Ethernet, we can see that it defines rules such as frame format as well as how computers communicate with each other over a single wire shared by all devices on network. When it comes to Ethernet standards that there is the protocol that controls access to the network and finally there is frame format. Ethernet was originally deployed with multiple computers connected to the same physical wire or cable. This physical network topology or layout is is called shared bus or network segment receive it. But if there is break in cable, devices can no longer communicate. By the way the network segment refers to the group of network devices that compete with each other for access to the wire. When, we need to connect to

Juniper Certification | JNCIA-Enterprise Routing & Switching | Day-2 OSI Model

Image
OSI Model Now we will move on to OSI model reference that is Open System Interconnection these networks that provides guide lines that provides to communicate with computers over network. These are not specific procedure or protocols because these functioning by step by step process that must be completed at each layer that the computer communicate over a network. Physical Layer The lowest layer of the OSI Model is concerned with electrically or optically transmitting raw unstructured data bits across the network from the physical layer of the sending device to the physical layer of the receiving device. It can include specifications such as voltages,  pin layout, cabling, and radio frequencies. At the physical layer, one might find “physical” resources such as network hubs, cabling, repeaters, network adapters or modems. Data Link Layer At the data link layer, directly connected nodes are used to perform node-to-node data transfer where data is packaged into frames.

Juniper Certification | JNCIA-Enterprise Routing & Switching | Day-1 An Overview on JNCIA

Image
Overview on Juniper certification In this module your going to learn for JNCIA cert on these following program; How Network works in detail specific technologies and protocols to be used How does data gets anywhere Now we will move on to networking. What is Networking ? A networking is nothing but a communication between to end points on the internet. That this internet is just a bunch of interconnected machines (i.e., computers or printers) that each using their own private addresses (i.e., IP address).  To function properly, the network must have a set of established protocols standardized rules for the format and exchange of messages. These protocols allow the linked computers and devices to interpret the signals they receive and to engage in meaningful “conversations” in order to accomplish tasks on behalf of users.  For example, if two computers are linked, one might signal “ready to send” and wait for the other to signal “ready to receive.” When m
